The Substance Use Outreach Program offers 1 on 1 support for individuals, and friends or family members of anyone who may be struggling with substance use issues. An outreach worker is able to help with: emotional support, drug testing, harm reduction, and assistance accessing services and programs

Youth and Family Substance Use Counselling

The Youth and Family Substance Use Counsellor works with youth aged 13-19 and their families or caregivers who are affected by substance use.

This includes working with clients at any stage of change and use by providing individual and family counselling, education, and transition planning.

Mothers Support Program - NTC

The Mothers Support Program supports Indigenous parents/caregivers with culturally rooted care, strength, and connection.

Services include:

  • Lactation supports
  • Providing practical & emotional support
  • Postpartum support services.
  • Helping navigate parenting challenges
  • Accessing resources & advocacy
  • Implementing cultural practices and ceremonies
